  53. Internal characteristics are aomewhat difficult to see and locate with the naked eye, face up. 
  54. Surface characteristics and naturals may protrude beyond girdle.
  55. Characteristics are easily visible through the pavillion. Note the large dark included crystal under the upper girdle facet at eleven, (11) o'clock.
  56. This grade diamond is a very common, imperfect grade stone used in "catalog" type jewelry.
  57. The internal characteristics interfere with light as it passes through the stone, making it noticably less brilliant.
